with Kalin Custom Homes are invited to do so. Our building area has many
reputable agencies available to assist you.
Kalin
Custom Homes works with licensed real estate agents throughout the metro
area. A full (6%) commission is paid to agents representing buyers
seeking to build a new home.
Kalin
Custom Homes often has model homes available for purchase.
Model homes are listed through KC Homes and Realty, LLC, a
licensed Missouri real estate
agency. KC Homes and Realty, LLC,
acts solely as a listing agent for
property built by
Kalin Custom Homes, Inc. .A
buyer’s agent commission of 3% is paid to agents representing buyers who
purchase a Kalin Custom Homes' model home.
All
commissions are paid in accordance with the Missouri Real Estate
Commission and the
Heartland Multiple Listing agreement.
